My advice would be to wash and condition it once a week, you can make it grow even faster if you deep condition it, use pantine pro v breakage defense, or any kind of conditioner just leave it in for 30min if so and rinse it out, you could grease your scalp with 4 way or just plain bluemajic, but grease has a tendency to smother your scalp so don't use that much, just enough to moisten your scalp, do this every other day and u should notice the results. I know it sounds girlish but coming from a girl that knows about hair men don't realize that African American hair is all the same men and women, and both need to be maintained the same! Good Luck!
